Step 1: Contacting Brooks Construction

To begin the process or to find out more information, please contact us to make an initial appointment. Our friendly staff will discuss your needs and can work with you to create a design that truly suits your lifestyle. We can cater to existing plans, or organise and develop a unique design…the choice is yours!

Step 2: Confirming Your Build

If you choose to proceed to the next stage, we will carefully and accurately provide a quote measurement. Following this, your luxury home plans will be given to you for approval. If everything is to your satisfaction we will compile the paperwork ready to be actioned.

Step 3: Legal Requirements

During the next phase of the process, our luxury home builders in Perth will initiate the drawing of council plans and submit for approval. Additional approvals sought include Water Corp, building licenses and applications. Following this, contract documents will be drawn and signed.

Step 4: Preparing the Foundation

The right foundation is key to any quality design, and before the build can begin the site needs to be prepared. Any demolition and compaction will be carried out to set the scene for your new home and the site will be measured and set. Step 5: The Walls Go Up

Step 6: Creating a Functional Space

Any additional electrical, plumbing and plastering will commence and the ceilings will be completed. This is where you will begin to notice your new home taking shape as the handover date draws closer. At this time the tiling, cabinetry and any fixed carpentry will be completed.

Step 7: The Finishing Touches

During this final stage of the process, finishing touches will be performed including painting and the flooring of your choice.
